Mr. Cauldron was an enemy of Plastic Man.
History
Mr. Cauldron was a warlock who tried to get millionaire J.K. Dartmoor to aid him in his plans by using his magical powers to predict the stock market. Dartmoor was unwilling to participate in such schemes, and Cauldron tried to get his revenge by using a voodoo doll to gradually injure and kill Dartmoor. Plastic Man tracked Cauldron to his lair, and managed to survive his sorcerous assaults. Cauldron tried to fly away on his broomstick, but it lost power and he fell to his demise when Plastic Man burnt his book of magic spells.
