Mister ZZZ is a Gotham gangster who appears half-asleep, thus his name.

History

Mister ZZZ suffers from an unusual form of narcolepsy in which he is basically sleepwalking through life. Although being asleep, he is fully alert of his surroundings as his condition allows him to frequently catch people who have never encountered him before by surprise. Being hired muscle, he is a regular accomplice of his fellow mobster Anthony "Little Italy" Marchetti, who served as the brains of their collaborations.
