Mister Zero is an early alias of Victor Fries, who would later go on to become Mister Freeze. He was exposed to experimental chemicals and became dependent on sub-zero temperatures to survive, then began committing crimes using an array of cold-guns and related weaponry. Mister Zero was created by Dave Wood and Sheldon Moldoff, first appearing in Batman #121. (1959)
