Tsunami was a supervillain from the 1980s.
History
Tsunami was seen getting drinks at Noonan's Bar when Bane arrived. Later, she would witnessed a young Lisa Snart accidentally kill her parents: Lawrence Snart and Rebecca Chen.[1]

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the television series Harley Quinn and is an adaptation of Tsunami. The original character was created by Roy Thomas and Rick Hoberg and first appeared in All-Star Squadron #33.
