Mnemon is a synthetic life form created to capture and store memories for eternity.
History
The digital being immediately rebelled against its creator by desiring others' memories and began a mission to conquer peoples across the universe by traveling to their worlds and absorbing their memories directly into its computerized being. It was narrowly defeated by the Justice League when The Atom and Superman triggered a release that caused all its stored memories to escape and return to their original owners, replacing them with some half-remembered lyrics to a pop song.[1]

- The Mnemon could digitally absorb the memories of living beings, robbing them of basic abilities to speak, walk, or otherwise function.
