Model Citizen was a "Made Man" of the Crime Syndicate under Owlman.

History

During a raid of the Justice League's floating fortress, Model Citizen was one of the Made Men that joined Owlman and Superwoman. A short time later, the Syndicate faced off against a parallel Justice League. Model Citizen attempted to use her mind control on the Flash, which temporarily worked, but she was soon knocked out by Wonder Woman from behind. With a snap from her finger, she snapped Flash out of the trance.
