Notes
- Moira Queen was created by Chuck Dixon and Rick Burchett, first appearing in Green Arrow Annual (Volume 2) #7. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Moira Queen first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Green Arrow (Volume 5) #23 by Jeff Lemire and Andrea Sorrentino.
- After making a cameo in Green Arrow (Volume 5) #23, Moira Queen made her first full appearance in Green Arrow (Volume 5) #25.
