Mona Menise is the spoiled daughter of an Army general turned enemy of Wonder Woman when she realized the latest thing she felt entitled to, Steve Trevor, wanted nothing to do with her and was in love with the Amazon champion.
History
Mona Menise became enamored with Steve Trevor and tried to kill Wonder Woman and the Holliday Girls for being closer to him. After her attempt to crush the Amazon with a large statue failed Mona bought an odd bangle that seemed to speak to her, which contained the siren Parthenope. Parthenope conferred her powers to Mona and Mona used those powers to control men in order to kidnap Steve, now convinced that he truly loves Wonder Woman and will never be hers, in order to murder Steve and Wonder Woman. Even with her new powers Mona is no match for Wonder Woman and is defeated and captured.

- Compelling Voice: Parthenope conferred her controlling voice to Mona when Mona wore the bangle imprisoning her.

- Singing: Mona Menise is a singer, but her voice got even more beautiful when she was possessed by the power of the siren Parthenope.
