Moony Masters, also known as The Man from the Moon, was an enemy of Quicksilver.
History
Moony Masters disappeared after pulling a crime spree across the city, causing Quicksilver to start searching for the hiding criminal. While hiding in his flying mansion in the sky, Moony invented an armor made of light-weight aluminum and alien-looking helmet to allow himself to return to the surface of the Earth, calling himself The Man from the Moon. Moony used his new armor to break into people's houses and steal their food and other essentials. Following weeks of robberies Quicksilver realized that all of the robberies took place in high buildings and only on cloudy nights. Standing on the highest building in the city and using a telescope, Quicksilver discovered the flying mansion and Moony Masters spraying vapor into the air to form the clouds hiding the mansion.
Quicksilver jumped onto a ladder leading up to the mansion and was forced to use his acrobatic skills after being kicked off by Moony Masters. Knowing that he could not apprehend Moony Masters with combat due to his armor, Quicksilver dangled Moony from the side of his flying mansion and forced him to pilot the mansion to the airport, allowing the police to take him into custody.
