Moose is a member of the Sinestro Corps.
History
The being known as Moose was a Trogkian Mammoth who delighted in terrorizing the people of Trogk while stampeding with his pack. He was eventually drafted into the Sinestro Corps due to his ability to "instill great fear". Since his real name is unpronounceable, the Qwardian Power Ring which selected him and designated him Moose.
During the Sinestro Corps War, Moose was part of the force under Sinestro that went to destroy Coast City, taking Honnu and Boodikka.[1] Following Hal Jordan and Kyle Rayner's arrest of Sinestro, Moose retreated with the other members of the Sinestro Corps. He was part of a group of Sinestro loyalists who tried to free Sinestro when the Green Lantern Corps was escorting him to Korugar for execution, only to be in turn ambushed by the Red Lantern Corps.[2] Moose was able to survive the ambush and regroup with the survivors under Romat-Ru, who launched a second rescue attempt on Ysmault.[3]
