Synopsis for Sandra of the Secret Service: "The Brain, Part 4"
The Brain puts Sandra and Michael to work in the secret base's kitchen, under the brutal supervision of the Chef. Chef beats up Michael, soundly, then Sandra and Michael do a lot of scrubbing and cleaning, and then act as waiters, for a big banquet, served up for the Brain's international staff. Sandra and Michael plot to find a radio transmitter and send warnings out. When it's time to return to their cell, Michael jumps their guard, knocks him out, and gets his handgun. They take over the radio room, but the operator presses a silent alarm. While Sandra sends out her message, with a telegraph key, the arms gang is already on its way to the radio room.

Notes
- Published by Nicholson Publishing Co., Inc.. Indicia calls this issue "Vol. 2, No. 12".
- First issue for Marty McCann.
- Last issue for Thrilling True Stories.
- The red-haired mad scientist in "The Radio-Controlled Armored Car" looks just like Lex Luthor in his first story (in Action Comics #23). As almost nothing is known about the background of the Earth-Two Luthor, this could presumably be him.

- Little Linda, by Whitney Ellsworth
- Marty McCann, by Ed Cronin
- Spike Spalding by Vincent Sullivan
- Thrilling True Stories by Richard B. Speed & Creig Flessel
