Synopsis for Sandra of the Secret Service: "The Brain, Part 5"
Sandra's message is picked up by an American military vessel, and the captain changes course for the islands comprising the Brain's secret base. He also sends a message to Washington, advising that the preparations for war should be stopped.
Meanwhile on one island, in the radio shack, Sandra and Michael are surrounded by gunmen. They get captured, alive, and thrown back into the dungeon. In their cell is a dead man, and near the body is a note, which describes the dead man's escape plan. A lot of this work has been done already; by removing a few loose stones from the wall, Michael uncovers a tunnel. They crawl all the way thru it and emerge at a sheltered cove on the island's shore, at night. The dead man had hidden a boat here, and the two escapees row it out to sea. Soon a storm comes up.
While this goes on, the Brain and three assistants are planning to evacuate the base, carrying away as much of the inventory of munitions as can be packed into the submarines.
