More Fun Comics #33 is an issue of the series More Fun Comics (Volume 1) with a cover date of July, 1938.
Synopsis for Sandra of the Secret Service: "The River Boat Racketeers, Part 2"
Deep in the swamps of Florida, at night, Sandra stalks two kidnappers, but gets spotted, and shot at with a submachinegun. She ducks, then follows as the gunmen reach a pier and board a river boat. Sandra swims underwater, overtakes the boat, boards it, and hides. The boat reaches a hidden pier, ties up, and the two kidnappers march their prisoner up the path to their hideout. It's a thatch-roofed hut, on stilts. Sandra eavesdrops as the two hoods meet up with their boss, but she falls into the river with a loud splash. The villains find her, tie her up, and fetch her back to the hut, then ignore her while they discuss business.
