Synopsis for Radio Squad: "Robber of Lovers Lane"
To catch a robber, the Chief directs Sandy and Larry to masquerade as two young lovers, with Larry wearing women's clothing. They catch him, but back at the station a grudge-bearing news photographer snaps Larry's picture, and the next morning he's a public laughingstock. The Chief thinks it's hilarious, and directs Larry to show up at the Policeman's Ball wearing the same outfit.

Synopsis for "Bloodhound Brown"
Brown spots a crook and follows him around. He's terrible at following, and gets spotted, and told on, but also contrives to signal the cops to the crook's location. The police arrest the crook.

Synopsis for Buccaneer: "Declaration"
The Serpent's crew votes to fight against Captain Klaugh and other slavers, and Captain Stone conveys that message in person, aboard Klaugh's own ship. Klaugh offers a hundred guineas to any of his crewman who can shoot or capture Stone, but they all fail, and he gets over the side and away.
Back in the Port of Dahnger, Stone encounters a man whipping a slave, and confronts him about it, and ends up buying the slave and setting him free. Or trying to, anyway, but the slave, Kabor, just doesn't get the whole "freedom" concept, and insists on following Stone around and obeying him. So he joins the crew of the Serpent.
Meanwhile at his own lair, Captain Klaugh gives instructions to his enforcer, Yoto.

The ammunition-smuggling gang is ratted out by the girlfriend of one of their victioms. Johnnie Law gets hired at the Anson Munitions factory to snoop around, and he finds a secret passage and some hidden rooms in the factory, where the smugglers are discussing their plans.

Synopsis for Red Logan: "Boronia, Part 1 (of 5)"
Red Logan gets promoted to Foreign Correspondent and assigned to Boronia. On the steamship trip to Europe, Logan breaks up an assassination attempt against the Foreign Secretary of Boronia. Later that same day there is another attempt, and this time the old man is tossed overboard, and his diplomatic briefcase is stolen. Red dives into the ocean and rescue-swims him to a life ring, but from the deck above, one of the assassins opens fire on them. Also some sharks are swimming into the area.

Synopsis for Detective Sergeant Carey: "Murderer on an Airplane"
Detective Sergeant Carey and Sleepy return by air from the Orient via Paris to the USA. Aboard their plane, Carey spots a hunted murderer. He tries to sends a note to the captain, to tip off the air crew, but the stewardess stumbles and the note is seen by the killer, who whips out an automatic and takes over the plane. He steps into the flight cabin and orders the pilots to land immediately, but they're flying over the Rocky Mountains, so they won't do it, even after he knocks one of them unconscious. With the stewardess' help, Carey and Sleepy lure the murderer out of the cockpit and grab him.

Synopsis for Sandra of the Secret Service: "The River Boat Racketeers, Part 4 (of 4)"
The kidnappers pursue Sandra, or so they think, until they figure out that she's gotten away, then they give up, and return to the their kidnap victim's estate. Still undetected, Sandra follows them there, then goes to look for a telephone.
Inside, the wily ex-gangster leads these dolts to a secret panel, then quickly steps thru it, and not only escapes, but locks all the doors and windows on his way out, trapping the gangsters inside. The windows are plexiglass; chairs are useless against them. He also floods the house with a deadly gas, killing all three of his torturers. Sandra has a newfound respect for this villain's cunning.
