Moses Gowon also known as Staff was a superhero that acted as a member of The Kingdom. Unlike most members, he was powerless and relied on weapons.
History
However, The Kingdom was disbanded after a mission against rebels in the Congo that led to the deaths of several thousand people. Along with his partner, Razorwire, he moved to Gotham City where he started operating as a vigilante. Eventually, a serial killer named Massacre who set out to kill all of the Kingdom went after them. Massacre was assisted by a rogue Steelback suit of armor, which killed Razorwire before proceeding to shoot Staff to death in revenge of all the people killed in the Congo years ago.[1]
