Mousey was a two-bit hood that worked for a mobster named Chopper.
He had a partner named Rocco.
History
Mousey once hit a jewelry store with Rocco, but a robot attempted to stop them from robbing the place.
They escaped anyway, and instead, the man who built the robot, who was Horatio Hinkle, was arrested by the police. While in police custody, Clark Kent bailed him out, but Mousey and Rocco stole the robot from the evidence garage and the police station.
They brought it to their boss, and told them they could use it for crimes. They later find a way to lure the inventor into a trap, and they threaten him to hit a vault with his robot. At first he refused, but when they took Lois Lane hostage, he decided to help them.
Eventually, Mousey learned to operate the machine himself and began using it for their crimes, but by then, Superman was onto them and he located their hideout and fought the robot and stopped the bad guys.
