History

The man called Mouthpiece was once a lawyer in Portsmouth City. His wife and child contracted AIDS from tainted blood transfusion and died before they had access to modern treatment options. Mouthpiece never spoke again following their deaths. He acted as a sort of street lawyer and assisted Doctor Mid-Nite on occasion.
