Boss Moxie was the founder of Intergang.

History

Moxie Mannheim founded the gang in the 1940s, but was eventually arrested by the Newsboy Legion. His son Bruno took over.

After his release, he confronted the Newsboy Legion (New Earth) but was severely injured in the conflict. He was found by Dabney Donovan who created a young clone body for him and transplanted his brain into it. He set about taking control of the Metropolis underworld. He disposed of rival bosses and Vincent Edge.

When Luthor took control of Intergang, he installed Moxie as his puppet. He was killed by Superboy Prime during the Battle of Metropolis.
