Ms. Mohawk (New Earth)

After both her Squad teammates Cleaver and Blotto each accidentally killed Ambush Bug, Ms. Mohawk was preparing to go into hiding, fearing she too would kill him and then kill herself. When Ambush Bug unexpectedly appeared to ask her about these strange events, a terrified Ms. Mohawk tripped and fell down the stairs, killing herself.^[1]
