Muggsy was the assistant of Dr. Diabolical.
History
He appeared to be a normal person until Dr. Diabolical captured the Inferior Five and attempted to remove their strengths and give them to Muggsy. However, the machine did not work correctly and Muggsy ended up gaining the team's many weaknesses, including White Feather's cowardice, Blimp's speed, Dumb Bunny's intelligence, Awkwardman's agility and Merryman's strength.
