Synopsis for "Level Three: Save File Corrupted"

After a difficult struggle, Wonder Woman apprehends the Wicked Witch and her gorilla minions, while catching a glimpse of Monsieur Mallah and the Brain, who were present at Gorilla City when the Wicked Witch began her attack.

Back at Metropolis, John Stewart and Hawkgirl assist Steven and Garnet repelling the robotic forces that had emerged from the mysterious ship hovering above the city. Superman has already broken into the ship and tries into detain its commander, only to be attacked by robots controlled by someone who seems to know a lot about Superman, even referring to him as "Kal-El". As Superman traverses the ship, he notes that whoever is behind the attack has a similar methodology to that of Brainiac.

Batman, who had already been captured and brought into the ship, manages to communicate with Superman and confirms that Brainiac is indeed behind the attack. Although Batman has been miniaturized and locked inside one of Brainiac's bottled cities, he escapes and attempts to rendezevous with Superman, who has just broken into the bridge and located Brainiac. Superman keeps Brainiac distracted, while Batman uses his small stature to avoid Brainiac's tentacles and climb into his face. Then, he stabs the Coluan with a special Batarang that short-circuits Brainiac and shuts down his technology. For now, the invasion is over. As they inspect Brainiac's computers, Superman and Batman find security footage of Brainiac coming into conflict with a drunken human scientist, who hacked into Brainiac's technology and built robots based on the fighters from Avia's video game.

The heroes have taken their interdimensional visits to the Fortress of Solitude for protection. Batman, restored to his normal size, notes that the visitors possess from their home universes and has deduced that a mysterious entity called "Devoid" is forcing them all to fight under the threat of destroying their universes with an entropic force known as "the Nothing". When Superman asks why hasn't Devoid attacked their universe and Batman replies that perhaps Devoid isn't aware of their existence yet. Wonder Woman believes Devoid will learn about them so long as the visitors remain here and Batman believes they should sent their visitors back home and plan a counterattack against Devoid.

Elsewhere, in a remote jungle, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy have recovered a strange reindeer-like dog from a swamp, while the Joker, having planted a bug in Scooby's collar, has become aware of Batman's plan and is looking forward to ruin it.
