Synopsis for "Level Four: The Fast and the Furriest"

At the Quinzel-Isley residence, Harley gives a bath to the reindeer-dog creature she and Poison Ivy had adopted, until their house is attacked by the Joker, who is interested in taking the creature, which Harley dubs "Reindog". Ivy tells Harley to take Reindog and escape while she holds off Joker. Harley takes Reindog to her car and drives off the swamp.

At the Fortress of Solitude, the interdimensional visitors are growing impatient with the Justice League's efforts to bring them home. Brainiac, still trying to free himself from the strange code that had infected his programming, explains the concept of the Multiverse to his fellow visitors and Bugs asks if there is a way to leave the Fortress. Steven protests and reminds Bugs that Superman told them to stay put, but Bugs, in his usual humorous way, explains to Steven that there is no guarantee that the heroes of the universe can bring them, so it's best if the visitors can find ways to defend themselves if they fail. Brainiac succeeds in unlocking their containment cells and the visitors escape.

Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman attempt to find the final fighter that Devoid brought to their world. Their search brings them to Gotham City, where Harley has gone to in her attempt to keep Joker from taking Reindog. Harley breaks through a police blockade set up by the GCPD and while Superman saves the cops, Batman and Wonder Woman chase after Harley and attempt to convince her to give up the visitor under her protection. Harley, having grown attached to Reindog, refuses and sets off bombs that destroy the Batplane, but Alfred deploys the Batmobile so that Batman stays in the chase. She even distracts Superman with a Starro plush doll that Superman confuses with the genuine article.

The chase gets harder when the visitors, having acquired vehicles from the Fortress of Solitude, reach Gotham. Harley attempts to cross a bridge, only for Joker to blow it up with a rocket. The visitors' vehicles get caught in the explosions and Superman tries to save as many as he can, but Joker disorients him with a second rocket and fails to catch Steven, who falls into the waters below.
