Mxyzptlk V is the descendant of Mr. Mxtzptlk of Earth-One.
History
He once terrorized Metropolis as the Masked Man. This put him into conflict with the Legion of Super-Heroes, Which Mxtzpltk V managed to kill one by one until only Superboy was left. Superboy managed to defeat Mxtzpltk by tricking him into saying his name backwards with a word reverser device. After Mxtzpltk V was teleported back to the 5th Dimension, all the damage he had done was reversed.
