Sandstorm was a Syrian superhero allied with Black Adam.
History
Nabil's family was killed by terrorists and his sister was gassed by Assad.[1]
Sandstorm is a Syrian vigilante who frequently saves children from terrorist cells in Syria. He also works alongside Black Adam.[2]

- Sand Control: Sandstorm is able to control the deserts.

- Sandstorm was created by Geoff Johns and Ivan Reis, first appearing in Green Lantern (Volume 4) #14. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Sandstorm first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Doomsday Clock #6 by Geoff Johns and Gary Frank.
