It is revealed that the Twenty-Nine were born on Earth-29 as a consequence of the radiations from a purple meteorite.
- They were eventually hunted down by a being named Brutus.
Zumbado is revealed to be Naomi's guardian to whom her biological parents asked to watch out for her after the destruction of Earth-29.

In the comics, Zumbado is eventually the one who hunted down every metahuman on Naomi's birth world and Brutus is a super-powered being that attacked the Justice League while searching for Naomi.
