Napalm is a pyromaniac who trained to join the Rogues to replace Heat Wave.

History

He robbed Central City Bank with Mirror Master, but was rejected from the Rogues due to him burning the money and his bad aim. As Mirror Master attempted to escape the Flash in the bank, he pulled on Napalm's arm to drag him through a mirror. However, the Flash shot the mirror while Napalm was still going through, cutting Napalm's arm in half.
