Shadow War

Nathan Flack was generally held as the inventor of De-Quantified Plasma, though he claimed it created him instead; he was the world's first Bang Baby. He had the power to not be noticed, but only if he concentrated.

Flack wanted to contaminate the entire world with Q-Juice, and recruited the Star Chamber to serve as his agents. He was eventually defeated by an expanded Shadow Cabinet, who took down his henchmen and stopped his Q-Juice rocket in Paris. He revealed himself to them, and before he left, implied Dharma was as complicit in the Dakotaverse as he was.[1] None believed him, though Dharma admitted to Icon that he could have prevented the Big Bang, but chose not to.

Following his defeat, Nemo did not flee. He never left Paris, and lived in one of the most expensive hotels in Europe. Because no-one noticed him, he didn't have to pay for it. He planned his next assault on humanity, but was discovered by Icon, Static, Wise Son and Payback. He tried to escape them, but Icon had learned a way to detect him. Dharma told him that, when exposed to positron, Bang Babies gave off Gamma radiation. Desperate, Flack tried to make himself more unnoticed, but the effort proved too much, and only a skeleton remained.[2]

The New 52
The DC Universe heavily changed its continuity into the DCnU following the events of Flashpoint in 2011. This was part of an effort to make storylines more accessible to newer readers, beginning with the New 52. This new timeline combines elements from the DCU, Vertigo Universe and Wildstorm Universe while drastically changing the origins and histories of characters.

He appeared in the new 52, aligning himself with Piranh.

Powers

Unnoticability: Far superior to simple invisibility, Flack's powers allowed him to freely walk around without being noticed, while still able to interact with his surroundings.[2]
