History
Ranger Ned Smith was a friend and confidant of Ryan Kendall, the second Black Condor, although Kendall did not realize that Smith was also in contact with a ghostly apparition which appeared to be Richard Grey, Jr., the original Black Condor, and that the pair had plans for him.
