While fighting the Omen in Khundia the Legion of Super-Heroes find out that the Khunds secretly built a Negaton Bomb to harness the power of a dimensional wormhole for future use against the United Planets.
Capabilities
Possessing the energy of a dimensional wormhole the Negaton Bomb can destroy an entire planet, if its programming was altered it can be used to open a portal to another dimension, but also causing great destruction and sucking everything in the surrounding area. As mentioned by Mon-El: Felt like the whole Universe was folding inside out [1].
