History

Nelson Arling was the 15-year old son of Edward Arling, the second Silver Fog. He inherited the powers of his father, the ability to create mist and make it tangible.

He went on a crimespree because his favorite toy was always shortpacked, and he hoped that by robbing the trucks he would get his hand on one. He was stopped by Impulse.
