Nergal was a demon summoned by John Constantine in an attempt to rid the young Astra Logue of another demon.
History
When Natalie Logue was killed by a drunk driver, John Constantine attempted to resurrect her with the Newcastle Crew. Although she was resurrected, the ritual was botched, and a demon possessed her daughter Astra. So Constantine summoned Nergal to drag this demon back to Hell and save the girl. Although, Nergal instead dragged Astra to Hell for eternity in front of everyone.[1][2]

- Demon Physiology: Like every demon, Nergal has special abilities.
- Telekinesis: Nergal is capable of telekinetically manipulating the movement of people and objects.

- Dimensional Travel
- Immortality: As a demon, Nergal is functionally immortal, and cannot die by any ordinary means.
