The New Titans battle Cyborg until Red Star persuades the scientist who engineered Cyborg's saving to let the Titans take himself and Cyborg to America. After meeting Troia in New York City, Nightwing is kidnapped by the Wildebeest Society, and Jericho begins an ominous plan.

- Troia returns to New York in this issue. She was previously on a second honeymoon with Terry in Greece, where she met and teamed up with Wonder Woman.[1]
