New Titans #82 is an issue of the series New Titans (Volume 1) with a cover date of January, 1992.
Synopsis for "The Jericho Gambit (Part I of III) - The Saviors!"
Jericho and Nightwing fight one another while the other Titans are strapped to a Transference machine. Jericho produces a version of Raven's soul-self shaped like a lion. Defeating Nightwing, he has him imprisoned in a dark chamber along with the progenitor of the Wildebeest Society.
In New York, the Titans, Deathstroke, Terry Long and Steve Dayton continue their search for their missing teammates. Arella is also present and is convinced that what is happening with Jericho is somehow related to Trigon. Troia returns after participating in the "War of the Gods" and is ready to help out. They all thoroughly search Joey's apartment for clues.
After studying a collection of Joey's photographs and paintings, they deduce where Jericho and the others may be found. They go to a skyscraper in midtown Manhattan and find a secret room that does not exist on the building's blueprints. Opening a door, they discover that it leads them to the interdimensional reality of Azarath.
