My lovely adoptive guardian. Who took me on for my parents' money, after they died. Who then tried to kill me. 
Nicholas Galtry was the abusive adoptive guardian of Garfield Logan.
History
Following the death of Logan's parents, Galtry adopted the boy and sought to kill him in an attempt to claim his inheritance. Galtry later appeared to his one-time ward, under the influence of sedative gas, as a hallucination embodying Logan's self doubt.[1]
Notes
- Nicholas Galtry was created by Arnold Drake and Bruno Premiani, first appearing in Doom Patrol #100. However, Nicholas Galtry first appeared as part of Prime Earth continuity in Tales of the Titans #4 by Andrew Constant, Ted Brandt, and Ro Stein.
