Synopsis for Bulletman: "Lucifer and the Blue Devils"
Jim Barr takes a two week vacation from his police laboratory job, drives out to Eagle Valley, and tackles a group of protection racketeers called the Blue Devils. Their boss, attorney Stuart Vinton, is called Lucifer. The Blue Devils have taken over the entire town.
Bulletman starts out by picking off the hooded thugs one or two at a time, but when the Blue Devils attempt to silence a dozen of the most stubborn townspeople, by throwing them off the top of a dam and into a reservoir, Bulletman rescues them from drowning by smashing the dam and draining the reservoir. He then thrashes the remaining gang members, and exposes their leader Lucifer as Stuart Vinton.

Synopsis for Warlock the Wizard: "Tourist Trap in Geyser Park"
Hugin the raven alerts Warlock the Wizard to a problem in Geyser National Park, and they travel there by train. Warlock encounters three seemingly-ordinary tourist-kidnapping thugs, underestimates them, gets konked, captured, and almost killed, but escapes using the magic power of the Golden Hand, to redirect an erupting geyser onto the fleeing criminals, who survive this treatment and escape.
Warlock gets another clue in the form of a note pinned to a wall by a thrown knife; the Wizard animates the note and commands it to fly back to its author. He and Hugin catch up to two thugs at the top of a waterfall, and their struggle tumbles three men over the falls. Warlock speaks a spell, and man-size gravity-defying protective bubbles form around all three. He extracts some information from one thug, but the information is bad, and sets Warlock up for another murder attempt. But by using the Golden Hand, the Wizard easily defeats the kidnappers, who get killed in the blast of their own bomb, then he finds and frees their victims.
