Hellstrike was a member of Stormwatch.
History
Nigel Keane worked as a police officer in South Africa. Just before he turned twenty-five, his abilities manifested. He was later recruited as a member of Stormwatch.

- Racism: Storm Control referred to Nigel Keane as "a little racist," though Hellstrike does make peace with X, a fellow Stormwatch member who is a person of color from South Africa.[1][2]

- Nigel Keane/Hellstrike was created by Jim Lee and Brandon Choi, first appearing in StormWatch #1. However, the Stormwatch: Reset version of Nigel Keane/Hellstrike first appeared in Stormwatch (Volume 3) #19 by Jim Starlin and Yvel Guichet.
