Synopsis for "Sorry I Brought That Up"
Jason awakes in what is presumable his mind where an image of Dick dressed as Nightwing appears to him. His vision of Nightwing mocks him for believing Dick would be willing to come save him even if he could. Meanwhile Jakub returns to the Pierce brothers and delivers Jason Todd in a "viscous sac" that he vomits up. In 24 hours it will harden and make it impossible for Jason to breathe. The Pierce brothers plan to use him as bait for the real Nightwing.
Meanwhile Dick enjoys time with Cheyenne at his apartment. She treats some of his tense muscles before getting called in for work. She expressed not wanting to be a hero and the two argue and it gets physical. It is implied Cheyenne hurt someone with her powers in her past. As Cheyenne leaves Dick sees a missing sign, with Jason Todd's face on it. Nightwing suits up and goes to Clancy to talk out his options. Does he save Jason Todd? Inevitably he decides he will.
He calls Cheyenne and asks her to cancel her prearranged date with Barry Pierce in fear things will get messy later that night. Cheyenne instead dons her own version of the Nightwing costume (from her fashion line) and meets him there. They fight Jakob and when he swallows Cheyenne she blows him up from the inside. Then the pierce brother's arrive.
