Synopsis for "The Crew of the Crossed, Part 3 of 4"

Travis, a member of the ship's crew, tries to assassinate Bea in her sleep; but finds that she is not in her room. Nightwing captures him and they question him, and he admits to working for Bea's brother Dirk. They leave Bea's second-in-command Lucas to interrogate Travis and Bea asks Dick why he froze on the deck earlier; and he admits that he doesn't know. Bea reveals that she has been using her influence behind the scenes to make his plans in Bludhaven possible and confronts him for dumping her when he got his memories back. Dick replies that he was trying to protect her and when she points out he is dating Batgirl without any issue he replies that she's a superhero and can look out for herself. Bea yells that she's a pirate queen but Dick points out that she never told him that. She admits that he's right, and after an awkward moment she leaves, telling him to get some sleep.

The next morning they arrive at the Crew of the Crossed Keys' hidden island, which to Dick's surprise is a modern city with skyscrapers and corporate coffee chains. As they walk through the street's to the Crow's Nest, Bea's home, Dick notices people staring at them and senses hostile energy. When they reach the Crow's Nest, Dick notices the armed guards take up an aggressive posture and realises it's a trap. Lucas opens the front door before Dick can stop him and Dirk Blüd, standing on the other side, shoots him in the chest with a shotgun. Dick releases a smoke capsule and he and Bea fight Dirk and his men. Dirk seemingly flees into the house and Bea chases after him, despite Dick yelling at her to wait.

Bea chases Dirk onto an upper level balcony and he runs her through with his sword as soon as she steps through the door. He asks her where the Hold and its treasure are but she refuses to tell him. He tells her he will just torture its location out of her crew and kicks her off the balcony and into the water below.

Synopsis for "Odd Hours, Part 3 of 3"

While on a date with Barbara Gordon, Dick Grayson notices the man who has been trying to kidnap him for weeks watching him. He slips out of the side door and the man follows him outside to the ally. Dick recognises him as Hatch Marlin, a criminal who he helped Batman capture in one of his first adventures as Robin. He easily overpowers Marlin and leaves him tied up for the police. He can't get back into the theatre, and so Barbara comes out and the two go to the Batgirls' loft for a movie night with them and Jason.
