Synopsis for "The Battle For Bludhaven's Heart, Part 4"

Nightwing and Audre track Melinda to the docks and rescue her, running Blockbuster over with a car in the process. Meanwhile at the police station, Maclean tries to cut a deal for immunity in exchange for testifying against Blockbuster with what he thinks are detectives loyal to Maggie Sawyer, but they are in fact on the take from Blockbuster and murder him. Five minutes later Sawyer finds him dead in the interrogation room but a building full of cops claim not to have seen anything.

Melinda calls Maggie to a secret meeting in a parking garage and tells her that she's been secretly working to bring Blockbuster down from the inside, and she knows of four major operations going down that very night which they can bust and cripple Blockbuster's empire. She reveals that she's working with Nightwing, who has brought a plethora of superhero allies to assist them, including Maggie's ex-fiance Batwoman. Nightwing also gives Sawyer a list of all the police officers who have taken bribes from Blockbuster.

The Bat-Family and the Titans foil all of the night's planned operations, so Blockbuster retaliates by attacking Haven. Oracle alerts Nightwing and he and Batwoman rush over to find it in flames. Nightwing follows a cry for help into the library and finds Blockbuster holding two unhoused children hostage. Blockbuster forces Nightwing to let Desmond beat him or he will kill the children. Blockbuster's blow knocks Nightwing's mask off his face, revealing that he is Dick Grayson.
