Nikolas Kamarov is a former Spetsnaz soldier and current Stormwatch leader known as Winter.
History
Nikolas was approached by Mister Bones on behalf of the DEO and the United Nations in the wake of the death of the Justice League to lead a new, proactive Stormwatch.
Bones put together a team on a trial basis, yet assured Nikolas that he would be deciding in the end which members would stay and leave.

- Winter was created by Brandon Choi and Jim Lee, first appearing in StormWatch #1. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Winter first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Wildstorm 30th Anniversary Special #1 by Ed Brisson and Mike Henderson.
