Noble is the ruler of the underwater Atlantean off-shoot group known as the Lurkers.

History

At first, he appeared as an enemy and rival of Aquaman but later swore allegiance to the sea-King and became second-in-command of the Atlantean cities. For a brief time, Aquaman's wife Mera was romantically interested in Noble, which is one of the reasons why Aquaman never learned to trust him completely.
