Noble is the ruler of the Lurkers.
History
Noble was attacked by the Trench after he recovered an ancient artifact. He had to be rescued by Aquaman, Mera and the Sea Devils.[1]

- Noble was created by Erik Larsen and Eric Battle, first appearing in Aquaman (Volume 5) #50. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Noble first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Aquaman Giant #4 by Steve Orlando and V. Ken Marion.
