Fleur-de-Lis is a former operative of France's covert ops group Department Gamma, and a former member of the Global Guardians.

History

While with the Global Guardians, she was dispatched to shut down Cornelius/Krieg's Research Center No.5, to teach the pharmaceutical company a lesson for kidnapping American chemist Jeremiah Duncan. She managed to rescue him and destroy the research center. At some point, she clashed with French supervillain Warp, had a romantic relationship with Deathstroke, and was briefly a member of the Ultramarine Corps.
