- Get back, if you value your lives! I've no desire to punish innocents! But the evil in this building must be purged-- And any who stand in between me and that righteous goal shall feel the frightful wrath of... The Revenger

The Revenger was an enemy of Karate Kid.
History
Dr. Norman Grimes developed a Heavy Metal formula that could build cities of indestructable material. Then, he found out that his bosses sold it for military applications. Enraged, he created a heavy-metal whip and a specially constructed power arm and swore revenge as -- The Revenger! The Revenger went on a rampage through New York to hunt down and murder his former employers. In spite of interference from the time-stranded Legionnaire Karate Kid, he succeeded in murdering two of the three members of Universal Creation's board of directors. However, by the time he broke into the office of the third, cross-referencing the Revenger's first two victims had uncovered their relationship and the Revenger's M.O., allowing the New York City Police Department to get the last of the three businessmen into protective custody. Karate Kid met the Revenger at the location of his final planned hit and fought him one last time. The battle progressed to the rooftop of the same building, where the Revenger kept several boxes of pet pigeons. Structural damage from the fight damaged the supports of a billboard and caused it to collapse over the boxes. Unhealthily obsessed with the maintenance of his pigeons, the Revenger leaped to remove the pigeons from harm's way and was crushed to death by the billboard.
