History
Vulko was a servant to the man known as Aquaman who, in the alternate timeline created by Barry Allen, assisted in the capture and harnessing of Captain Atom's quantum power to be used as a weapon of mass destruction. Vulko felt particularly guilty for having done this, since this weapon has been used previously to sink much of western Europe into the sea. When Aquaman used Captain Atom's quantum power again to deny his opponent Wonder Woman any satisfaction of victory by destroying the whole world, Vulko tried to rescue Captain Atom by pulling the plug, but it was of no use, as the weapon activated and Vulko was annihilated along with the rest of the world in the weapon's destructive wake.
