Nyssa is the younger sister of Talia and the second daughter of Ra's al Ghul.

History

After the events of Arkham City, Nyssa took control of a rebel faction of the League of Assassins that aimed to separate from what she considered only a senseless crusade of her father, whose sanity was slowly slipping due to the too many resurrections. After Batman discovered Ra's was kept in life only by a machine, Nyssa offered him a deal: give his father a merciful and natural death by destroying the last Lazarus Pit in exchange for the League leaving Gotham for good. Batman can choose between accepting the offer or retrieving one last sample of Lazarus and save Ra's, thus obeying his creed of never kill. If Batman helps Nyssa, she will uphold her side of the pact, and the Assassins will leave Gotham; if Batman chooses to help Ra's, the Head of the Demon will kill Nyssa for her betrayal and flee.

Notes

• If the player decides to restore Ra's al Ghul instead of dismantling his machine, Nyssa can canonically be killed by her father, making her one of only two characters in the series whose fate is decided by player action, the others being her father and Azrael.
