- Oberon was created by Jack Kirby, first appearing in Mister Miracle #1. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Oberon first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Mister Miracle (Volume 4) #1 by Tom King and Mitch Gerads.
