Officers Leonard Snart and Mick Rory were the last remaining members of the police force that were still pursuing the criminal duo known as Johnny and Rhonnie.
History
Any other cops that tried to investigate into their string of robberies in Central City were brutally murdered by the duo themselves, always thinking of creative ways to make the police force suffer.
Five years ago before the Crime Syndicate left their world and invaded an alternate earth, Johnny was arrested by Snart and Rory, planning to use him as a bait to also catch Rhonda. However, the tables were turned on the officers when Rhonda rammed a semi-truck into their police car, freeing Johnny.
Moving Snart and Rory's unconscious bodies to the nearby S.T.A.R. Labs building, Johnny and Rhonnie waited until the officers were awake before informing them that they would be forced to fight each other to the death. Whichever cop won, their family would be spared. Snart, wanting to think of a way to escape with his partner and avoid fighting altogether, was killed by Rory, who didn't want to risk losing his family.[1]
