Quote1 The people listen to you, Oliver. You're a natural leader. Unlike so many of us who are in positions of power, you never stood above them. You are of them. Quote2

Oliver Queen is Green Arrow, a Justice League member who became a vampire hunter after learning of a vampire conspiracy to take over the world.

After Mary, Queen of Blood was overthrown, the vampire community initiated a conspiracy to take over the world and began infiltrating metahuman circles. Oliver Queen was the first Justice League member to learn of the vampire conspiracy, and began following Andrew Bennett as he made his way towards the Hall of Justice. The other Leaguers were unaware of Queen's whereabouts during this time.

Sometime after Bennett was killed by the Leaguer-turned-vampire Hal Jordan, Queen confronted Brick, Cheshire, Everyman, and Cupid just outside of Star City. Queen had learned that one of them was a vampire, and asked Everyman if he was right. The vampiric Everyman lunged at Queen, who killed him with a Trick Arrow. He then told Brick, Cheshire, and Cupid to start protecting themselves, as the human-vampire war was on the horizon.
