One-Eyed Jack, known as Boss by Hardball, was a resident of the Damocles Universe and the leader of the dimension-hopping Bounty Hunters.
History
They traveled across the multiverse doing work for hire. He was the toughest chain-smoking member of the group, and carried an arsenal of high-tech guns; and also spoke eye dialect.

- One-Eyed Jack's third arm switches from right to left in some panels.
- One-Eyed Jack's species was never named in the comics, nor his species' homeworld.
- One-Eyed Jack is the only Bounty Hunter who has an extra body part.
Trivia
It is unlikely that One-Eyed Jack comes from the same dimension than Damocles, since all life in Damocles' world perished, but since some dimensions are unspecified, "Damocles Universe" is used as an umbrella term for his followers.
